I am having problems accessing or buying from your website. What should I do?

We’re sorry you’re having problems with our website. Please contact customer service with the following information who will investigate this further for you:

Which operating system you are using.

Which internet browser you are using (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Edge)

The URL you were trying to access (e.g. http://www.warehouse.co.uk/gb/just-arrived/all/)

A description of the problem and what time it occurred.

If you get an error message, please include it in your message to us.




On dispatch of your items we will send you an order dispatch email, to let you know that your card has been debited and your order is on its way.

To track your order you can click on the link in the dispatch email. You are able to track your order online within 24 hours of the order despatch email being sent.
