How do I track my return?

 

If you have returned your order in store, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after your refund has been processed.

If you have used your local post office, Collect + or Doddle to return your order to us, you can track your order in the following ways:

It can take up to 18 working days for us to receive your return.

Your receipt from the post office will include your unique tracking reference. You can use this reference to track your return here:

DODDLE

It can take 3-5 working days for us to receive your return.

Your receipt from Doddle will include your unique tracking reference. You can use this reference to track your return here:

COLLECT+

It can take 3-5 working days for your order to travel from Collect+ to us.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

On dispatch of your items we will send you an order dispatch email, to let you know that your card has been debited and your order is on its way.

To track your order you can click on the link in the dispatch email. You are able to track your order online within 24 hours of the order despatch email being sent.

If you want to track an item shipped from one of our stores, please enter your details here.

If the tracking link states delivery has been attempted and you haven't received a calling card, please contact Customer Service, please provide a suitable working day for delivery to be re attempted.

We will need 1 working days notice and will do everything we can to arrange this for you with our courier, whilst keeping you updated with progress.
