If you have received a promo code from us, you can add this at checkout under the message “Got a promo code? Enter it here.”
If your promo code doesn’t work, first check the Terms and Conditions page for any exclusion that may apply to your order.
It could also not apply to your order for one of the following reasons:
- Only one promo code may be used per order.
- It may only be valid for 1 transaction.
- It may only be valid when using a specific card e.g. The Warehouse Card.
- It may exclude certain product e.g. Sale goods.
- The promo code has expired.
